Access Support Work
I have extensive experience as a support worker providing access support to individuals across the arts. I have worked with actors, directors, CEO's and Artistic Directors of theatre companies and arts organisations. Most of my work is funded through the Access to Work Scheme.
My approach with support work is collaborative, discreet, and responsive, ensuring that individuals are fully supported to engage in rehearsals, meetings, and performances with confidence. I understand the fast-paced, high-pressure nature of artistic environments and tailor my support to respect creative processes while enabling clear communication, inclusive practice, and meaningful participation at every level.
