Therapy
with Jess

I am a socially-minded, inclusive counsellor, working with young people and adults from a range of backgrounds and experiences.

I completed my clinical training placements with Headstrong and New City College, where I supported clients facing a variety of emotional and personal challenges.

I have extensive experience working 1-1 with young people at the National Youth Theatre and in university settings.

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and am a Student Member of the BACP, working in accordance with their ethical framework.

I offer online therapy, providing a flexible and accessible space for you to access support wherever you are.

My rate is £40-£50 an hour depending on your circumstance but I reserve a number of low-fee places for people who need them.

You might be feeling stuck. Perhaps the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, work, or daily life. Or maybe you simply need a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening for you.

Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down and make sense of what is happening for you. Together, we can explore both the challenges you're facing in the present and experiences from the past that may still be affecting you today. Whether you're struggling with work-related stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, or parts of yourself that have remained unseen or unexplored, therapy offers a space to understand yourself more deeply.

I offer open-ended therapy, which means there is no set number of sessions. We work at a pace that feels right for you, allowing time to explore what matters most and build lasting understanding and change.
